Conference format
The conference will be a face-to-face event.
New : however, for people having difficulties coming to France, it will be also possible to attend the conference online.
Language
English will be the official language of the conference.
This specifically concerns: abstracts, full papers and oral presentations.

Conference program
The provisional program will be spread over three days (July 4-6, 2022).
It will include invited keynotes/presentations as well as presentations submitted for acceptance.
Proceedings
Abstracts (min 1 page, max 2 pages) and full papers (max 10 pages) will be written according to the templates provided here.
They will be uploaded to the SSCS 2022 conference website(*) for acceptance by the Scientific Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be copyright free, and made available to the scientific community(**).
After abstracts' acceptance, full papers will be submitted.
Full papers will be included in the proceedings(**) edited by Springer and therefore referenced. Proceedings will be distributed to the attendants in digital format (USB key with ISBN).
(*) You must already be logged as a user of the sciencesconf.org platform. Otherwise, fulfil the form available on the account creation webpage.
(**) After the registration of at least one of the authors to the congress. Please, note that a single registration will only allow one oral presentation.
Registrations fees
They will include participation to the welcome cocktail (1rst day evening), sessions, lunches (3), coffee breaks (6), gala dinner (last day evening) and proceedings (USB key).
